Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sayerandstone.com.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, resized, customized, or made to order, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Custom pieces, special orders, resized pieces, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to availability, pricing error, or another issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you promptly. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.
