What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted in 14K and 18K gold and set with lab diamonds chosen for their brilliance, beauty, and quality.

Are your diamonds lab-grown?
Yes. We work exclusively with lab diamonds. They are chemically, physically, and optically the same as mined diamonds and offer a modern, thoughtful approach to fine jewelry.

Why does Sayer & Stone use lab diamonds?
We are drawn to lab diamonds for their beauty, quality, and modern appeal. They allow us to create fine jewelry with exceptional stones, thoughtful design, and a more accessible point of entry than traditional jewelry made with mined diamonds.

Is everything in stock?
Availability is subject to current inventory. If a piece is not immediately available, we will notify you by email within 2 business days. Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for production and shipping for out-of-stock items.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Sayer & Stone ships within the United States only.

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Each order arrives gift wrapped, fully insured, and signature required upon delivery.

What is your return policy?
