We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each piece. Because jewelry is photographed close-up and under lighting, colors, scale, and appearance may vary slightly in person. Stone weights, dimensions, and other details are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & Availability
All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, including pricing, product descriptions, or availability, at any time. If an error affects an order you placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Custom & Special Orders
Custom pieces, special orders, resized pieces, and made-to-order items are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are happy to work with you before production to make sure the design details are clear.

Returns
Non-custom pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom pieces, special orders, resized pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Repairs & Care
Fine jewelry should be worn and stored with care. We are happy to review repair requests, but repairs may be subject to a fee depending on the nature of the issue and the condition of the piece.

Lab-Grown & Natural Stones
Our jewelry may include lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, or natural colored gemstones, as noted in the product description. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical composition as mined diamonds.
